About the course- Conflict management
The cause of conflict can arise everywhere and anywhere due to all of us having our own interests, personalities, thought processes and reactions. It is, of course, wise to question the situation, analyse and resolve the problem rather than allowing the conflict to continue. The more effective the conflict management is, then it is less likely that conflict will appear again on that scale. This course facilitates anyone from ages 13-19.
